A 0.5 percent defect rate sounds excellent until it lands on a 600 unit order and you are handling three returns in a week. We quote realistic rates per category and we credit in advance for the known failure modes.

Reading a quotation properly
Payment terms for new accounts are normally a deposit with the balance against the bill of lading. Established buyers on a repeat schedule can move to terms after three clean shipments.
We publish a realistic band of 2.80 to 8.59 per unit for standard configurations at 200 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
